1975 Benge CG Bb trumpet SOLD email us about this trumpet - admin@centex-brass.com This is a 1975 Los Angeles Benge Claude Gordon model in good condition. The CG model is a large bore (.468) Benge with a .464 choke on the bell. It has CG on the valve casing and CG stamped on the bell ferrule. Has a lightweight bell. This trumpet is clean inside and out and the leadpipe is clean and clear; no signs of red rot. All slides are smooth.Original silver plating is good but there are some signs of wear on the valve casing. No brass is showing, but the silver is wearing as is common on these LA Benges. Valves are in excellent original condition with great compression. There has been some dent work on the bell but no major marks or scars show. If you can get past some minor cosmetic issues, this is a great playing CG Benge.
