No dates available on older Getzens, but the Super Deluxe was a 1950's model. This is a rare herald version of the tri-metal horn. Brass, Copper and Nickel silver give these Super Deluxe trumpets a most distictive look. With the ornate trim, this is one Herald trumpet that has a real medieval look t. These have very thin bells and it is very rare to see a Super Deluxe that has a bell that does not have a major wrinkel in it. This horn is straight and dent free. No signs of any repair or damage; just minimal lacquer wear. All slides are smooth and the valves have excellent compression. Engraving is sharp and clear Comes with a original Getzen case in good condition.
