1957 Olds Ambassador converted C trumpet SOLD Payment, shipping and return policiesemail us about this trumpet - admin@centex-brass.com This is a 1957 Olds Ambassador that has been convered to a C trumpet and silver plated. It is in excellent condition and provides an affordable C trumpet option to the occassional C trumpet user or someone who does not require a large bore Bach or Yamaha C trumpet. ML bore gives this a similar feel to playing on a Bb. Great for the Bb trumpet player who might need a C for church or small ensemble work. All slides have been cut to the correct proportion and the first and third slides have been modified for "reversed" set up with a saddle on the first slide and fixed ring on the third slide. Stop rod mechanism on the 3rd slide.. Silver is like new and there is no evidence of dent or solder repair. This trumpet clean inside and out. All slides are smooth. Engraving is sharp and clear. Does not come with a case, but if a case is needed, we'll provide a discount on any of our cases for sale with the purchase of this horn or will provide a generic case or gig bag if you need one.
