This is a 1962 Reynolds Contempora Large Bore trumpet.  Original lacquer is worn in some areas and darkened in others. Bronze-o-lyte bell has a beautiful reddish brown color.  

This trumpet shows some wear to the lacquer on the leadpipe and receiver, but they have been thoroughly checked and there is no red rot. The leadpipe has been polished for inspection purposes, the remainder of this trumpet has been left with a combination of darkened lacquer or heavy uniform patina.   Valves are in excellent condition.  This is a large bore Contempora that was made during the last couple of years in Cleveland when this was a top professional model.  

Does not come with a case.

Body: brass with nickel-silver upper valve casings (balusters) and trim; bronze-alloy mouthpiece receiver 
Valves: top-loaded, inner-spring Monel valve pistons
 Bronz-o-lyte bell with nickel-silver tone ring
First slide trigger and third valve slide stop rod
Bore: .462" Large Bore
